Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email at registration@marundeshwara.com.
• Cancellations received up to 15th Feb 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations received after 15th Feb 2026 will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the reason.
• GST charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference closes.
